GENIUS Olympiad Releases 2018 Registration Applications

SYRACUSE, N.Y., Feb. 22, 2018 — GENIUS Olympiad, an international high school project competition that focuses on environmental issues, is now accepting applications for the 2018 competition. The project application deadline is on March 1, 2018, and the participation registration deadline is May 1, 2018. Students must be enrolled in grade 8 through 12 to apply, and the application fee is $40 per project. The competition will take place from June 11, 2018, through June 16, 2018, in Oswego, New York.
Students may apply to present only one project under any of the following categories: business, robotics, science, VPA, and writing. Projects submitted in the past will not be accepted. Applications are submitted through the online application system, which is now open. Project finalists are announced on the GENIUS Olympiad Website on March 27, 2018.
